This premium Margaret River Chardonnay is 100% estate grown in the cool, Karridale area (widely regarded as best area for chardonnay in region). Barrel fermented followed by 9mths in French oak (35% new)
Purity of fruit, fine backbone of lemon acid, persistence with seamlessly integrated French oak. Delicious ripe white peach, citrus, balanced by more-ish prosciutto character from the French oak. This superb wine has the goods!
