Welcome to The Vine Press. If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with the following terms and conditions:
Wine sales are only available to persons over 18 years of age.
Our prices are for discounted single bottles in mixed dozen purchases only. You must order in 12 bottle lots. You can order any combination of wines to make up cases of 12 bottles.
What is the delivery time for my order?
All orders are dispatched within 48hrs of receiving your order unless otherwise advised. Wine will not be delivered to an unattended premises and must be signed for by a person over 18 at the time of delivery. If you leave delivery instructions to leave product somewhere safe if not home, the risk of damage , loss or deterioration to the products passes to you on delivery.
Products ordered remain title and property of The Vine Press until paid for in full.
Are all Old & Rare wines listed on the website available?
Yes, however we always suggest that you contact us prior to ordering any wines from the Old & Rare category to ensure the quantity you require is available.
What if my selection is unavailable?
We will always contact you by phone to advise you of an alternative, or offer another wine recommendation.
Our shipping is handled by Fastway Couriers and Australia Post.

Delivery costs are as follows:
FREE DELIVERY for wine orders over $300. (see exceptions below**)
Orders under $300:-
$10 per case for Sydney Metro
$16 per case for NSW Country, Melbourne Metro, Vic Country, Brisbane Metro, Gold & Sunshine Coasts, Canberra/ACT
$18 per case for QLD Country (includes Toowoomba, Bundaberg, Gladstone, Rockhampton, Mackay, Townsville, Cairns) Adelaide Metro, Perth Metro, Hobart Metro and Launceston Metro.
**$50 per case for all orders (regardless of value) to: QLD Far Country, WA Country, TAS Country, SA Country.
**$55 per case for all orders (regardless of value to: Darwin & All NT.
Please enquire for rates to other cities and delivery to regional areas.
Refund & Return Policy …. What if I need to return a product for any reason?
Should you receive a case of wine that appears to have been damaged in transit or is different to what you ordered we will provide you a replacement (if product is available), or an alternative product of equal value of your choice, or a full refund. We guarantee the quality of our wines and if you are dissatisfied with a wine you receive you can return them for a full credit , under the following circumstances:
* The wine bottles are not opened
* The wine bottles are returned within 7 days of receiving the goods
We will issue you with a credit when we receive the goods and we are satisfied that they are in original condition. You are responsible for the costs of delivery of sending the goods to us. Please phone 02 9908 4994 or email us on email@example.com
Please note that our Refund & Returns Policy does not apply to aged wines that are from a vintage 5 years or more prior to the time of purchase year.
What is the currency of products for sale and what if I want to buy a single bottle?
All prices on our site are quoted in Australian dollars. They are quoted as discounted single bottle prices for mixed dozen purchases only. Minimum purchase is a 12 bottle case. Orders must be in lots of 12.
