This Pinot Noir Chardonnay bubbly has the goods with lifted fragrance of strawberries and cream (from the Pinot Noir) followed by citrus, juicy nectarine and green apple zing from the Chardonnay fruit all sourced from the coolest climes of Adelaide Hills. (Birdwood, Mt Crawford and Basket Range). Extra time on yeast lees has produced a touch more depth and complexity than previous disgorgements. Made by Phil Lehmann, former Jansz sparkling winemaker, this is a winner for a celebration!
