Perfect for casual dining and ready to enjoy, these wines are simply delicious and stay true to the exceptional quality of estate-grown, biodynamic fruit from the award-winning McLaren Vale vineyard.

This collection is crafted with a lifestyle focus, offering a youthful, approachable style. Produced with younger vines, minimal oak, and lighter alcohol, the Circle Collection wines are ideal for sharing and enjoying with a range of cuisines.

About this wine from the winery: “Meet your new go-to Shiraz. This fresh, vibrant, and medium-bodied wine is made for sharing with friends. Grown in our single estate vineyard in the cooler, elevated northeast of McLaren Vale, it offers lively fruit, spice, and a lighter touch on the classic Aussie favourite. Perfect for any occasion, from casual BBQs to dinner parties. It’s youthful, energetic, and always the life of the party.

“A normal wet winter was followed by a picturesque dry spring. The long range weather patterns indicated a shift from La Niña towards El Niño, which favours drier and hotter conditions. In these warmer seasons, we adjust our practices to encourage slightly higher yields and more canopy cover. However, the unexpected summer rainfall in December and January presented a unique challenge, resulting in larger bunches and berry development. Warm conditions prevailed through February and early March, promoting ripening of flavours and sugars with the balance we were aiming for. The warmth led to an intense couple of weeks, during which we harvested the majority of the grapes.

“Picked, destemmed and sorted into stainless steel open fermenters. Wild fermentation, gentle maceration on skins for 15 days. Matured on lees in old French oak puncheons and foudre for a total of 11 months. Bottled February 2025. Certified Organic and Biodynamic. 14% alc.”

93 points, Marcus Ellis, Halliday Wine Companion “All estate fruit, destemmed and fermented in steel; 11 months in older French puncheons and foudre. This is made to be approachable, a wine ready to go. And it is, and delightfully so. Medium weighted, with subtly blue-tinged florals and seasoned with warm spices: tart boysenberry, dark cherry, red plum, blueberry. It’s an effortless little number, all serene glide on the palate, though with house signature tannic detail, if dialled down for the intended purpose. Lovely.”
