Sottimano farms 14 ha of the finest organic vineyards in the Village of Neive in the Barbaresco area. A family estate Andrea, Elena, and their father Rino tend to the vineyards and winemaking .
The wines from Sottimano are always beautifully perfumed with sweet spice, rose petals, and dark fruit. They are wines with structure built for the long term while always impeccably balanced.

2021 was an exceptional growing season for Barbaresco.. Fruit is all declassified Barbaresco fruit from Basarin Cru from 15 year old vines..
