Super impressive Rose sparkling offering here.
95 points, Ned Goodwin for Halliday’s 2021 Australian Wine Companion “..An easygoing, broader expression. Talc, musk stick, pink grapefruit and red plum. This is a floozy. Fresh enough, hanging everything out to ride across an early pleasure curve. Hedonistic, sure. but absolutely delicious.”
93 points, Tyson Stelzer, 2020 Australian Sparkling Report “Brimming with spice, stone fruits, plums, ginger and fig, leading out rich and voluptuous this is a cuvée that pulls confidently into a very long finish of focused, cool vintage Orange acidity. Just when you fear the finish is going to be too broad and globular, it streams out into a beautiful close of tension, freshness and focus. With a pale salmon orange hue, it’s layered with caramel and fruit mince spice, even more toasty and complex thanks to longer on lees and a little less dosage. It concludes with a finale of impressive line and length.”
