“What a cracking wine. (Torzi Matthews Schist Rock Riesling)… Lovely orange and lemon citrus tones, a subtle flintiness and a real length. Mouthfeel has a very slight hint of talcum powder. Acidity is zesty without being trying. I would drink this all day long if alcohol did not have certain side effects!”
