Sons of Eden Remus Old Vine Eden Valley Shiraz 2005 scored 94 points from James Halliday, Australia’s leading wine authority in his definitive guide to the industry the Australian Wine Companion.

He writes:

“Strong colour; a rich bouquet of dark berries, then a velvety palate with a mix of black fruits, spice and licorice running through to a long finish. Drink 2020. 94 points.   James Halliday.”

The Sons of Eden Remus Shiraz 2005 has big cellaring potential, or give it a good decant for a few hours to enjoy it now.   This is my favourite Sons of Eden wine because of its iron fist in a velvet glove character!
