Sons of Eden Remus 2009 gets 96 points from Halliday
Sons of Eden Remus Shiraz 2009 is a brilliant release from one of our favourite Barrossa producers. James Halliday gave it 96 points in his recent newsletter … “From two low-yielding vineyards with vines over 50 years old. Deep but vivid purple-crimson; given Rolls Royce treatment in the winery, including 22 months in predominantly new French oak hogsheads. A perfectly balanced medium – to full-bodied wine, with delicious dark cherry and spice aromas and flavours, the palate finishing with fine, lingering tannins. 250 dozen made.”
