Deep but vivid purple-crimson; given Rolls Royce treatment in the winery, including 22 months in predominantly new French oak hogsheads. A perfectly balanced medium – to full-bodied wine, with delicious dark cherry and spice aromas and flavours, the palate finishing with fine, lingering tannins. 250 dozen made.”
