James Halliday rated it 93 points in his recent 2013 Australian Wine Companion and wrote .. “The winery formula: hand-picked, destemmed, cold soaked for five days, then seven days wild yeast fermentation in small vats; matured in new to four-year-old Troncais oak for 15 months. The medium-bodied and fresh fruit belies the 14.5% alcohol, and the wine has abundant red and black fruit flavours.”
