Torrontés, Argentina’s most celebrated white grape is known for its aromatic intensity, smooth texture and fine cleansing acidity. The best examples, are grown in the alpine desert of Salta province, (the highest vineyards in the world), high up in the Andes mountains in Argentina’s North. Hard to imagine a more perfect match to Asian food … beautiful lifted aromatics, lemon zest, spice jasmine and rose with a bracing refreshing citrus finish.
