Chrismont wines were started by the Pizzini family in 1996 in the heart of King Valley at the foothills of the Victorian Alps. The white grape Prosecco, originating from the cool hills of Veneto in Italy, typically has subtle flavours of spring flowers, herbs and green apples with a natural zing.  Their Italian ancestors would be proud of this fine sparkling made in the true Prosecco style. Delicious finesse and zest here … crisp, clean zesty palate of apple, melon and delicate bubbles and is perfectly paired with freshly shucked oysters.
