2024 release has just landed…
Daniel Dampt thoughtfully assembles this Chablis from a variety of vineyards, capturing a vivid snapshot of the entire appellation. Older sites add structure and complexity while younger ones lend freshness and minerality. They combine in a pale-green wine with fresh lemon aromas and lively intensity on the palate. The color is pale green with fresh lemon aromas. This is a lively, intense, and bright wine.
“An equally fresh and bright nose offers even more classic Chablis character with its combination of just sliced apple, lemon rind, quinine, ocean breeze and a whiff of shellfish. The rich and generously proportioned medium weight flavors are plump but punchy while delivering solid depth and persistence on the clean and dry finale that is noticeably firmer. Fine quality here and this is recommended.” Burghound 89 points.
