Two in the Bush range is the second label of highly regarded and awarded Adelaide Hills producer, Bird in Hand (James Halliday rates the winery “5 stars”) This newly released from an excellent vintage is classic cool climate barrel fermented Chardonnay at its best. A lightly oaked Chardonnay using old French oak to give a lively aroma of citrus and stone fruits. The palate offers an abundance of peach and nectarine with a clean and crisp finish. A combination of wild and cultured yeasts add complexity and texture. 13.8% alc.
