Top shelf vintage sparkling 46% Chardonnay 54% Pinot Noir followed by 4 yrs on lees .. it is always made to avoid malolactic fermentation to showcase the delicate fruit and pristine freshness in this fine sparkling. Superb bubbly. About Yarrabank bubblies James Halliday said they were “…outstanding. the wines having a delicacy unmatched by any other Australian sparkling wines. ” Of this vintage he scored it 95 points in his 2013 Australian Wine Companion and said “… the palate is rich and complex. with bready/brioche characters running through the fruit flavours of white peach and nectarine.
