“93/100. Complex Margaret River type cabernet sauvignon smells flake tobacco. liquorice. juicy currant. Follows through on the palate. but without the innate power of the above. Fab cab though and bargain buying. $20 ” Tim White. Australian Financial Review. April 4. 2014.
90 Points Campbell Mattinson The Wine Front “This wine from Xanadu in Margaret River is fast building a pretty tidy reputation. It ™s a good hit of cabernet. Varietal. well shaped. satisfying. It tastes of blackcurrant and dust with a leathery. earthen. almost rubbery (flavour) overlay. This leathery/rubbery note will be attractive to some and off putting to others. so it ™s worth trying one prior to buying in any kind of volume. Personally I thought it was delicious. ”
