100% Montepulciano grapes (not to be confused with town with same name in Tuscany!). sourced from bush vines grown (on mean gravelly dirt) in the hills of Abruzzo region (same latitude as Rome but region east on Adriatic coast). I would be happy drinking this gorgeous juicy red every night . plenty of spice and depth too. It has the classic leather and tar character of european wines that screams out for pasta or pizza!
