We were impressed with Barossa vintner. Tim Smith ‘s whole lineup when we tasted with him recently depth of fruit. balance and elegance galore in his delicious Barossa wines! He has worked 20 odd vintages as winemaker at Yalumba. Chateau Tanunda and now works closely with 16 growers in Eden and Barossa. He certainly knows what his stuff and his passion for the mataro grape shines here.
Highly recommend this blend 65% Mataro. 25% Grenache. 10% shiraz sourced from old vineyard in Barossa and Eden Valley.
