The Wine Front… One of the things I like most about Stella Bella/Suckfizzle reds is that they ™re not afraid to carry a bit of tannin … Mulberry. blackcurrant and redcurrant. aniseed. bay leaf and gum leaf and subtle mocha oak. It ™s medium to full bodied with firm. almost astringent. tannin grip “ but the impression it gives is of a pleasant tussle. not a fight. It ™s fresh and lively too. showing the verve and vivacity of the vintage. Some varietal herbal notes in there but excellent shape and length. All round good Cabernet.
