100% Shiraz from the Barossa and Eden Valleys. Top shelf shiraz balanced shiraz with extraordinary depth of fruit and spice. meatiness. licquorice and a very long finish. Winemaker Pete Schell had long resisted making a single varietal wine. something which was synonymous with the Barrossa and with which most people were familiar.
