100% Shiraz from the Barossa and Eden Valleys Top shelf shiraz balanced shiraz with extraordinary depth of fruit and spice. meatiness. licquorice and a very long finish. Winemaker Pete Schell had long resisted making a single varietal wine. something which was synonymous with the Barrossa and with which most people were familiar. It was hanging over him… it was his Bete Noir . Glad he gave into it because this wine is superb. Recommend decanting and watch how the flavours evolve! or time in the cellar. Limited.
