Salitage is excelling with sauvignon blanc. 100% estate grown fruit used in this fine wine with layers of concentrated tropical fruits. slice of green capsicum freshness and a more ish flinty savoury character. It feels like it has some French in its bloodline and is a touch reminiscent of a good Sancerre. Top shelf. Lovely stuff.
