Eden valley shiraz at it ‘s best. 500 metres altitude gives cooler nights and mornings and produces shiraz with great aromatics and acidity with raspberry kick. One of my favourite red wines at the “Artisans of the Barossa ” tasting. concentrated dark berry. raspberry. hints of mocha. aniseed. gentle use of savoury French oak. Only 600 cases of this handcrafted wine.
