90/100 Ray Jordan ‘s Top 100 Australian Reds. The West Australian. 27 June 2013 “Plenty of dark. savoury and slightly earthy Barossa fruit in this tidy young wine. It ‘s distinctly fruit driven with a supple mouth feel and texture created with minimal oak and dominated by lush. ripe shiraz fruit. Has some appealing sweet red berry and slightly raspberry characters on the palate with a hint of licorice on the finish. “
