Kevin Mitchell made this bubbly in Vouvray. Loire valley in France “100% Chenin Blanc in this fine bubbly ” green apples. citrus. pears. poured it at a wine dinner last week and many of the guests thought it was champagne. Very limited but there ‘ll be more as he does a vintage in France every year!
