Description
Dry grown low yielding shiraz from their old dry grown vineyard planted in 1973 Dark cherry. plum. black pepper with complex leather and savoury meaty characters after a couple of years in French oak. Plenty of fine grained tannins and seamless texture reminded me of a fine Hermitage from the Rhone. Fine Margaret River shiraz with bottle age like this is so undervalued. Celebrate with this bargain!
