From low yielding vines. hand picked. sorted with some rigorous fruit selection. 70% is matured in new French oak for 18 months. Only 10 barrels were made. Cab Franc loves a cool inland climate and that is exactly what it gets in the Uco Valley. Overt aromas of mixed herbs/dried mint and cassis.
