No one has had more experience than winemaker Robin Day after more than 20 years as Chief winemaker at Orlando wonderful rich red berry fruit and spice ( 13.5% alcohol and hence grapes were picked a touch earlier than usual so wine is elegant and beautifully balanced for Barossa Shiraz) a kick of spice. depth /structure. fine grained tannins and well integrated French oak.
