James Kellie (formerly of Howard Park) has done incredibly well here producing extraordinary intensity of fruit in this semillon sauvignon blanc blend. 100% free run juice from fruit sourced from higher altitude cool coastal sites of Denmark in WA. A portion of each variety was barrel fermented in large French oak to give texture. Minimal fining. Intense nose producing aroma/flavours of lemon zest. snow peas. gooseberries. fresh herbs and tropical fruit. This mouthwatering wine is top shelf.
