Domingo Hermanos is a family run vineyard they and their ancestors have been cultivating land in Salta for 1000 years! Vineyard planted in 1960 high in the far northern region of Salta (Cafayate Valley approx 1700 metres altitude). Tropical fruit (frangipani) on the nose with zesty. savoury dry finish. Think Alsatian gewurtztramminer on the nose with the green citrus intensity of a NZ sav blanc on the finish. Unique! Drinks well with spicy food Terrific with asian or indian.
