Description
Camigliano is one of the earliest Montalcino producers in Tuscany. Plenty of history at this estate their castle served as a watchtower in medieval times. Winemaker Lorenzo Laudi has improved quality of their wines since he took over. Hallmark of his wines are seriousness combined with drinkability. This sangiovese blend has the goods with ripe blood plum. savoury spice and leather with a good lick of oak. 20% cabernet and 20% merlot provide structure and tannin. Great drinking and great value for money here. Drinking beautifully now but can cellar with confidence for 5 to 10 years.
