Classic fine cool climate barrel fermented chardonnay at it ‘s best. only 20% malolactic fermentation and hence only a touch butterscotch they like to highlight the delicate fruit that they can grow in the cool climate of Victoria ‘s Gippsland.
Concentrated. balanced. Trophy Gippsland Show. 94/100 Halliday. 95/100 Huon Hooke. Has benefited from a couple of years ‘ bottle age. Unbelievable stuff.
