Winemaker. Adam Marks has made his mark (pardon the pun!) as one of our most progressive vintners at Victoria ‘s Bress wines. His European approach and belief is that one region cannot produce a range of wines of equally high quality instead he matches varieties to regions.
We like his affinity with Rudolph Steiner ‘s bio dynamics and natural approach in the vineyard (no chemical fertilisers) and winery (natural yeasts and no fining or filtering reds and minimal sulphur additions).
