The oldest continually running winery in Mendoza. Argentina. Established in 1884 by Spanish born Don Miguel Escorihuela Gascon. The first winery to introduce 100% Malbec varietal wines. So favoured by Argentines that Juan Domingo and Eva Peron introduced Escorihuela Wines to state functions.
Now under the guiding hands of the Catena family. Hand harvested fruit sourced from the prestigious Agrelo sub region of the Uco Valley at 950 metres altitude. 20% fermented and matured in French oak.
