Description
The Poggio Anima idea, led by Riccardo Campinoti of Le Ragnaie, is straightforward: to source great vineyards from existing relationships and produce real wines which express both place and variety. Neither bulk wines nor leftover juice, but rather the result of long-standing relationships with respected growers across Italy. The range has recently been extended to include Il Mostro Ragana Pet Nat, and a Chianti DOCG. Real wines, from real places, made by real people.

Sangiovese (85%). Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with skin contact maceration for 15-20 days.
Rich with notes of ripe red fruit and light toasty notes. Fruity and well balanced, with elegant and long finish. Overdeliers for the price!
