Description

Fiorini is predominantly Sangiovese (90%) with a touch of Canaiolo, Ciliegiolo and Cabernet. Fruit all hails from beautiful villages within Chianti DOCG including  Montalbano, Montespertoli, Rufina, Aretini, Fiorentini, Pisane, Senesi) aged in a combination of new and old barriques and tonneaux. Perfumed fruit of black cherry, violets with berries and spice of cinnamon, cloves and pepper. This medium weight rosso has lovely depth of fruit, fine grained tannins that cries out for Italian food.
