This is Margaret River Cabernet “to a T” from an excellent vintage!
94 POINTS – Gary Walsh, The Wine Front… “One of the things I like most about Stella Bella/Suckfizzle reds is that they’re not afraid to carry a bit of tannin … Mulberry, blackcurrant and redcurrant, aniseed, bay leaf and gum leaf and subtle mocha oak. It’s medium to full bodied with firm, almost astringent, tannin grip – but the impression it gives is of a pleasant tussle, not a fight. It’s fresh and lively too, showing the verve and vivacity of the vintage. Some varietal herbal notes in there but excellent shape and length. All round good Cabernet.”
