If you want to learn more about wine join us for a 4 week course of wine discovery. Taste premium and aged wines, identify white and red grape varieties, understand how table and sparkling wines are made, and learn about viticulture in Australia. Includes slide shows, sniff-a-thons, and option games.
Held over 4 consecutive Mondays commencing August 29th and continuing 5th, 12th and 19th September.
Time: 7- 9 pm
Cost: $260 per person.
