Old Plains Terreno Old Vine Grenache 2008 from Torzi Matthews and Tim Freeland comes from the last remaining old vines in the Adelaide Plains. Here’s what Huon Hooke from the SMH said: “It is a stunner of a Grenache: very ripe black-fruit and aniseed aromas with a slightly meaty overtone, then a concentrated palate with focus, power and balance.
