Kangarilla Road Q Shiraz 2007 – 94 points from James Halliday

Kangarilla Road Q Shiraz 2007 is considered their “best of the best” and their flagship wine.  James Halliday rated it 94 points in his 2011 Australian Wine Companion and said this: “Excellent colour, half suggesting the inclusion of viognier; prolonged oak ageing has not imposed itself on the wine, which is very intense, the quality particularly good for ’07; lots of dark chocolate and fluffy tannins.
