Juniper Estate Margaret River Semillon 2007 is far from the light unwooded classic Hunter style, this wine is bursting with lemon, pear and grapefruit flavour (grapes are picked riper than in the Hunter) and a lick of toasty oak. 100% estate grown from their dry grown low yielding vineyard planted in 1973. If this doesn’t get people drinking Semillon nothing will. Amazing wine.
