Deep garnet-purple in color, the 2009 BG 139 Shiraz gives gorgeous fragrant black cherry and red currant aromas with some red flowers, lavender, anise and black pepper. Medium-bodied and well structured with a medium level of fine-grained tannins and high acid, the concentration and balance in the mouth are superb, finishing long and spicy. Consider drinking this one 2012 to 2020+.
