Attended a recent Chablis tasting of Christian Moreau– highly impressive.. Their 2010 is absolutely gorgeous in fact up there wth the best AC Chablis I have tasted! This is a must. 100% Chardonnay from 47 year-old vines in Les Pargues, adjacent to the Vaillons Premier Cru. 100% stainless steel with 10 months on fine lees. Gorgeously pure, balanced and racy wine. Zingy lemon and grapefruit characters with beautiful minerality which opens out into more tropical passionfruit notes. Perfect drinking now but will cellar well for 5-10 years.
