Christian Moreau Chablis Premier Cru Vaillons 2009 is from vines aged from 30 to 65 years old aged 2/3rd’s in tank and 1/3rd in barrique (none new). From a slightly warmer vintage than the 2010 Chablis, Allen Meadows writes of this wine..“A typical Vaillons nose of spice, floral and citrus aromas leads to powerful and solidly well concentrated flavors that are notably ripe but avoid any sense of heaviness on the delicious and sappy finish.” 91 points.
