Ashton Hills Reserve Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir 2008 was rated “Best of the Best” in the Pinot Noir Category and given 96 points in James Halliday’s Australian Wine Companion. In his review he wrote: “Relatively light, but bright, hue; fractionally more purple than the Estate; very stylish, and in the mainstream of the Ashton Hills style, with spices and savoury notes surrounding the plum and black cherry fruit. Trophy Adelaide Hills Wine Show ’09. 96 Points.”
