Ashton Hills Piccadilly Pinot Noir 2010 scored well in the recently released 2013 James Halliday Wine Companion. “Similar colour to the Estate, with just a little less purple; has more primary pinot expression, the red fruits a little warmer and riper, the forest floor and stem notes less obvious. Some may prefer this to the Estate because it is easier to understand.”
