Ashton Hills Adelaide Hills Chardonnay 2007 comes from the James Halliday rated 5 star winery – he also gave it 95 points in his latest edition of the Australian Wine Companion. He wrote: “Brilliant green-yellow; the bright bouquet does not fully prepare you for the energy and drive of the long palate, built around grapefruit, nectarine and crunchy acidity. 95 Points.”
