Bird in Hand Nest Egg Adelaide Hills Shiraz 2008 is a follow up to the excellent 07 vintage which James Halliday rated 94 points. In this years 2011 Australian Wine Companion Halliday the 08 got 96 points and this review: “The deepest crimson-purple of the three Bird in Hand shirazs, and takes the flavour dimensions to another level; blackberry, plum, spice, licorice and French oak all intermingle; an intense and very long palate has great finesse. Rating 96″
