This is what he said: “Strong purple-red, no sign of development yet; has that unmistakable Ashton Hills stamp of texture missing from almost all other Adelaide Hills pinots; the fragrant bouquet leads with spiced plum that is picked up by the multi-flavoured, multi-textured palate.” 95 points
