2009 Ashton Hills Estate Pinot Noir scored 95 points from Halliday
Ashton Hills Estate Pinot Noir 2009 scored an outstanding 95 points in James Halliday’s newly released 2012 Australian Wine Companion. This is what he said: “Strong purple-red, no sign of development yet; has that unmistakable Ashton Hills stamp of texture missing from almost all other Adelaide Hills pinots; the fragrant bouquet leads with spiced plum that is picked up by the multi-flavoured, multi-textured palate.” 95 points
